The annual Lochmeade Homeowners Association Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Patriot Bank, 9105 Barret Road, Millington, TN (Rosemark location) with registration beginning at 6:15 p.m. and the meeting starting at 6:30 p.m.
Homeowners Association members will nominate and elect three to seven Directors to serve a one year term on the Lochmeade Board of Directors. HOA members must be in good standing with the association and current with HOA dues or fees in order to serve on the Lochmeade Board. During the meeting, the floor will be open for discussion of other pertinent business matters as needed.
If you are unable to attend, you may give authority to another eligible Lochmeade Homeowners Association member to vote for you by filling out the Proxy form which was mailed out by Keith S. Collins Company.
All Lochmeade Homeowners Association members are encouraged to attend the annual meeting to elect the new Board of Directors and to discuss and vote on the business of the HOA.
