You may have noticed that the leaves of some of our oak trees are being eaten as well as some of the Bermuda grass and flowerbed plants. Armyworms are eating this foliage and stripping a lot of the trees. Armyworms are especially bad this year in West Tennessee. They also eat farmers’ crops. The trees can be sprayed with a product called Bug-B-Gon which is available at Lowe’s and Home Depot, or you can have a professional landscaper take care of the worms for you.
