Lochmeade is a 3 phase development. The first phase, with a welcoming entrance from Atoka-Idaville Road, contains 46 beautiful custom built homes in the French Country style. The street names in the first phase include Lochmeade Drive, Highpointe Cove, Colton Ridge Lane, and Thornhill Cove. The first phase was completed in 2011.
The second phase consists of 45 homesites and custom built homes in the same French Country style. As of Fall 2019, there is only one available building site left in phase two. The neighborhood streets include the continuation of Colton Ridge Lane, Lakepointe Cove, Waters Edge Cove, and Johnsborough Drive. The second phase of the development has a beautiful entrance off of Meade Lake Road with a granite sign.
The third phase of Lochmeade has streets named Loch Haven Cove S., W. Scottsdale Cove and Johnsborough Cove with the continuation of Johnsborough Drive. Phase three consists of 45 building lots and has homes constructed on seven of the lots, as of Fall 2019.
Lochmeade has a walking trail that encircles our picturesque lake and fountain. The lake is stocked with fish and is maintained by the HOA Lake Committee. Fishing is restricted to residents and their in-home guests. Fishing badges are issued each year to residents to prevent overfishing and to protect the privacy of the community.
The annual homeowners dues are used for the upkeep of all of the common areas which includes landscaping, lighting, street and stop signs, and lake and fountain maintenance. All homeowners are urged to attend the regular Homeowners Association meetings where the business of the HOA is discussed and voted on.
